Description
Harbor is hiring a US Payroll Manager to provide operational continuity for a key client and potentially transition into another client engagement. The role oversees accurate, timely, compliant US payroll delivery; maintains data integrity; investigates discrepancies; supports testing, validation, process improvements, and implementations; and coordinates with client stakeholders, payroll vendors, HR, Finance, and other partners. The position is remote from the UK or US, with a preference for UK candidates who can work hybrid from the Nantwich, England office. Candidates need significant US payroll operations experience, knowledge of US payroll taxation and compliance, multi-state payroll experience, and familiarity with payroll platforms and related vendors.
