GiveDirectly is hiring a U.S. Program Associate to support the expansion of its Rx Kids unconditional cash allowance program into Mississippi. The role combines recipient customer service, case management, application verification, payments and follow-up surveys, project and process support, knowledge management, and community engagement with local partners. It reports to the U.S. Program Manager, requires regular travel to Mississippi sites and occasional travel to New York or other U.S. locations, and offers a base salary of $81,000 USD annually plus bonus, health benefits, unlimited PTO, a desk allowance, and flexible work location.
