Benchmark Gensuite is hiring a full-time, remote Software Engineer III in Cincinnati, Ohio, to design, develop, test, debug, and troubleshoot full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and Flutter. The role requires 4–6+ years of professional software development experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and experience with APIs, databases, testing, Git, and AI-assisted development. Responsibilities include contributing to moderately complex projects, participating in code reviews, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, and helping set technical direction. AWS, Docker, CI/CD, microservices, and mobile deployment experience are desired.
