Description
The Senior Manager leads a retail store team, including managers, and supports the Store Leader in setting vision, strategy, and operational priorities. The role includes recruiting, training, developing, and retaining diverse teams; participating in floor leadership; addressing customer and team escalations; achieving store performance goals; and maintaining company policies and assets. The position requires availability for a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, proficiency in written and spoken English, and at least three years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
