PointClickCare is hiring a Software Implementation Consultant for its Professional Services, Solution Services team to act as the principal liaison with customers in long-term and post-acute care settings. The role leads business discovery, workflow analysis, system configuration, data quality and security validation, stakeholder communication, troubleshooting, change management, and implementation testing. It requires 2–4+ years of software implementation experience, consulting experience in workflow analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and up to 30% travel to customer sites and regional meetings. The US base salary range is $80,500–$89,400 plus bonus and benefits.
