LION TotalCare is hiring a TotalCare Center Manager to oversee the daily operations and sales team of a firefighter PPE cleaning and repair facility. The role manages customer service, pickup and delivery schedules, operational compliance with NFPA standards, onsite staff, finances, sales planning, equipment, safety, workflow, and documentation. The position is based in Wilmington, Delaware, operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and offers a starting annual salary of $70,000 to $80,000.
