PointClickCare is hiring a Technical Program Manager within Technical Services to manage Data Migration initiatives. The role covers project scheduling, capacity planning, delivery governance, go-live readiness, stakeholder coordination, risk and dependency management, and continuous improvement. It also involves implementing AI-enabled tools, agents, copilots, and intelligent automation to improve delivery efficiency and decision-making. The position requires experience in technical program management, data migration, ETL, SaaS or healthcare technology delivery, and AI or workflow automation, and is a contract lasting 8 months.
