Description
WireCo is hiring a US Training Manager to develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized onboarding, training, workforce development, and performance-management programs for hourly and production team members across U.S. manufacturing and distribution operations. The role partners with plant managers, operations, human resources, safety, and quality leaders; creates role-based training curricula, qualification standards, cross-training pathways, train-the-trainer programs, and training metrics; and supports employee retention, proficiency, safety, quality, and operational performance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of equivalent progressive experience, and involves approximately 30–40% travel to U.S. locations.
