Planate Management Group is seeking a USA Capture Manager in Jersey City, New Jersey to lead federal capture efforts for its Technology Division, focusing on unmanned systems, robotics, AI-enabled solutions, additive manufacturing, and related offerings. The role owns the capture lifecycle for CONUS opportunities, develops win strategies and capture plans, builds government relationships, coordinates with SMEs and proposal teams, and supports pipeline, CRM, forecasting, and performance reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of federal business development or capture experience, strong knowledge of federal procurement vehicles, and an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
