Planate Management Group is hiring a USA Capture Manager in Cheyenne, Wyoming to lead federal technology captures for CONUS opportunities focused on drones/UAS/UUV, robotics, AI-enabled solutions, additive manufacturing, and related offerings. The role owns the full capture lifecycle, develops win strategies and capture plans, builds customer relationships with DoD and other federal stakeholders, coordinates with SMEs and proposal teams, supports pipeline and CRM reporting, and pursues teaming and procurement opportunities across vehicles such as DIU OTAs/CSOs, SeaPort-NxG, OASIS+, and GSA MAS. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of federal business development/capture experience are required; active Secret Clearance is preferred, and the company offers full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and more.
