The Client Tandem (Client NonStop) Developer manages, builds, and supports fault-tolerant enterprise servers requiring continuous uptime. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and operating-system components; monitoring performance, capacity, and high-availability health; managing backups, data replication, and business continuity; providing 24/7 incident troubleshooting; and writing or updating low-maintenance code and application specifications. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, and 4 to 7 years of Client NonStop administration or development experience, with an additional 8-10 year experience requirement listed in the skills section.
