Description
Epsilon is hiring a fully on-site Electrical Supervisor in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to lead the electrical assembly, wiring, testing, inspection, commissioning, and final completion of modular systems, prefabricated equipment, control panels, switchgear, electrical skids, process systems, and other off-site constructed products. The role supervises electrical technicians, panel builders, PLC and instrumentation technicians, apprentices, and contract labor; coordinates production, materials, safety, quality, engineering, project management, and supply-chain activities; and ensures compliance with electrical codes, customer specifications, and company standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of relevant industrial or manufacturing electrical experience, and experience with electrical assembly, panel building, wiring, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
