Description
Webook is seeking a Usability Engineer to plan and analyze usability studies, conduct heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, and accessibility assessments, translate findings into design improvements, define usability KPIs, support design systems, and mentor cross-functional teams. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years of experience in usability engineering or UX research, knowledge of usability testing and accessibility methods, familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, Lookback, Maze, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop, Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD, strong analytical skills, and experience presenting research to stakeholders.
