Description
Tether is hiring a USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption, operational connectivity, and execution across global corridors. Reporting to the Head of USAT Institutional, the role owns high-priority operational workflows, regional expansion initiatives, cross-border pilots, institutional onboarding, corridor optimization, FX pilots, project management, market research, regulatory monitoring, and compliance execution. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets, along with strong communication, stakeholder-management, and domain knowledge.
