LMR is hiring a full-time Technical Writer to develop, update, review, and quality-control Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs) for Coast Guard floating assets. The role involves translating OEM maintenance procedures into Coast Guard format, developing preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, researching technical data, reviewing drawings, validating information through fleet visits or data calls, and implementing field feedback. The position is remote in the United States and requires five years of relevant naval engineering maintenance-procedure development or Coast Guard maintenance experience, a high school diploma, American English proficiency, and U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship.
