Point72 is hiring a User Access Governance Analyst to build and scale its user access certification program across applications and systems. The role leads certification campaigns, detects access and segregation-of-duties issues, partners with business and security teams, develops metrics and reports, automates workflows, supports audits, validates entitlement data, and provides reviewer training. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of relevant experience, strong data-analysis and SQL skills, and fluency in English and Polish with on-site work in Warsaw.
