Northstrat is looking for an experienced User Engagement Engineer with a systems engineering background to join their space domain awareness (SDA) software development program. This role involves supporting operators and system integration by documenting incidents, tracking statuses, informing users of developments, managing expectations, elucidating system functionality, developing guides, facilitating transitions to new architectures, providing training, connecting users to customers, and organizing meetings.
