Description
The E-Commerce User Experience Associate audits product titles, meta descriptions, pricing, ratings, and search-engine results; analyzes competitor SERP listings; updates product data in systems such as Data Sync and Retail Link; supports PIM system launches and data-flow integration; audits product detail pages; documents SOPs for product enrichment and data governance; and collaborates with other departments. The role requires an associate degree or higher, 1–2 years of marketing experience, strong organizational and proofreading skills, and regular attendance.
