The role designs and conducts quantitative and qualitative user research, analyzes user data, creates personas and journey maps, reports findings, and collaborates with UX, design, development, and other stakeholders to improve websites, applications, and services. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in a relevant field and at least two years of UX research or related experience. The position offers a base salary of $90,141 to $126,198, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and other benefits.
