Description
The User Interface Design Team Lead will lead and develop user interface design teams in Dissen and Berlin, focusing on onboard and offboard applications, terminal and machine interfaces, and international cross-site projects. The role involves strategic interface development, user-centered design, collaboration with research, industrial design, cabin and electronics development, and product management, as well as improving design tools and team culture. Candidates need a design degree, several years of design-team leadership experience, expertise in complex technical interfaces, knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Polarion, intercultural project experience, and fluent German and English skills.
