Description
Exposant 3 is hiring a User Interface Designer to define ergonomics and implementation specifications for system interfaces, conduct user research, create user flows and interactive prototypes, translate requirements into intuitive interfaces, collaborate with product owners and developers, iterate based on usability testing, present design solutions, transfer knowledge, and ensure accessibility and government-context best practices. The role requires a technical college diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, at least 8 years of IT experience including 5 years as a programmer analyst, at least 5 years of UX design experience, and knowledge of tools such as Figma, user journeys, Lean UX, Agile, HTML/CSS, and web accessibility. The position offers a flexible work environment with remote work and is marked hybrid.
