Description
Speak is hiring a User Operations Intern to support user and community operations as the company launches in a new market. The intern will conduct user interviews, collect and summarize feedback, support community engagement and user testing, perform basic data analysis, and help with campus referral and ambassador initiatives. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, and CX teams and requires a current undergraduate or graduate student, strong communication and analytical skills, English proficiency, and availability for 3–5 days per week for at least three months. It is a hybrid role based in Shanghai with onsite presence preferred.
