Description
This role involves gathering, preparing, and analyzing user requirements to generate reports and dashboards using enterprise data systems like Epic Slicer Dicer, Caboodle & Clarity, SAP/Crystal, and Business Objects. The individual will participate in technical code reviews, perform change management for reporting system modifications, and ensure adherence to build, configuration, and release management processes. They will translate business needs into data solutions, maintain Epic certifications, and continuously develop professional skills. Project management responsibilities include timely task completion, accurate communication, effective time management, and identifying issue resolutions. Analysis entails aligning Business Intelligence requests with existing tools, organizing tasks, supporting solutions, developing support plans, escalating unresolved issues, coordinating communication, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
