Methods is hiring an experienced User Researcher to join its growing team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on championing users, planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, developing research artefacts, presenting findings, collaborating with product teams to create prototypes and features, and promoting user-centred design in public-sector digital services. The position requires experience with user research methods, agile multidisciplinary teams, ethical research practices, stakeholder management, and preferably GDS service assessments and accessibility and inclusivity knowledge. Flexible working, including home working and part-time arrangements, is offered.
