Description
The User Terminal Program Manager, Mil-Ka will lead external vendor development programs for Mil-Ka user terminals supporting Telesat Lightspeed government and defence programs. The role coordinates with Telesat engineering, product management, systems engineering, procurement, contracts, and other stakeholders; manages program planning, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, reviews, integration, verification, qualification, and deployment; and drives supplier performance and contractual execution. The position is based in Ottawa, Ontario, or Bethesda, Maryland, with a hybrid arrangement of four office days and one remote day, and requires periodic travel to supplier and Telesat locations.
