Sight & Sound is hiring a Usher/Greeter to provide exceptional guest service in a theater environment. The role involves greeting guests, communicating information, anticipating needs, monitoring restrooms and lobbies, resolving conflicts, coordinating emergency responses, and assisting guests in various conditions. The position follows a show-run schedule from Tuesday through Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday through Thursday, 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Fridays, and 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and expects employees to work up to 28 hours per week. The role is physically active and may require lifting up to 25 pounds.
