AEG is hiring two part-time Guest Services roles at Flushing Meadows Corona Park: Usher/Ticket Taker and Guest Services Door Staff. Both roles provide customer service, direct guests, scan and administer tickets and wristbands, control access, assist guests with disabilities, monitor conduct and alcohol consumption, and support emergency evacuation. The Usher/Ticket Taker role requires 0–2 years of related work experience, while the Door Staff role also requires 0–2 years of related work experience and prefers previous event and music-industry experience. Both positions pay $19.31 and may be eligible for benefits under ACA qualification.
