Description
The role performs daily mainframe storage operations using z/OS tools, including SMS/DASD optimization, HSM/DLM health and space verification, volume and dataset auditing, compliance and capacity reporting, reclaim and housekeeping automation, disk initialization, tape consolidations, and core storage software maintenance. It also executes DR activation and teardown activities, coordinates Dell hardware patching and upgrades, and monitors PowerMax, DLM, Data Domain, and certificate health at Eagan and San Mateo. The position requires EMC/Dell storage administration, IBM Mainframe systems programming and administration, DT storage, and DLM experience within the past five years, and offers a proposed salary range of 85,000–100,000.
