Wise is hiring an Experienced IT Support Specialist for its Hyderabad office to provide Windows and Apple IT support, manage endpoints through Kandji and Microsoft Intune, troubleshoot hardware and software, document solutions, manage tickets, assist users, and support procurement and vendor management. The role requires at least two years of IT support experience, proficiency with Windows and Mac troubleshooting, endpoint-management experience, documentation skills, Jira/Atlassian familiarity, and 2FA experience.
