Rainmaker is hiring a Utah-focused business development professional to own a revenue target tied to state-funded programs, identify and capture appropriations, grants, agency contracts, and pilot programs, and drive opportunities from identification through award. The role also involves cultivating legislative and agency relationships, preparing testimony and presentations, shaping policy, coordinating public-private partnerships, supporting proposals and compliance, and organizing demonstrations and market-intelligence reporting.
