Description
The Senior Utilities & Facility Engineer reports to the Maintenance Manager and oversees utilities, facility maintenance, energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, supplier management, and digitalization across two industrial manufacturing plants in Parma and Reggio Emilia. The role coordinates in-house operators, supervises external maintenance contractors, manages maintenance contracts and budgets, leads sustainability and decarbonization projects, and drives the transition to integrated HSE and maintenance platforms. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree, 5–8 years of facility or utilities engineering or management experience, technical knowledge of industrial systems and safety regulations, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and a Category B driving license.
