Description
JRC is hiring a Utilities Engineer to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's AEMSS Blue Team by assessing utility infrastructure at Department of Defense installations. The role evaluates electrical, prime power, water, wastewater, HVAC, and other critical utility systems; identifies vulnerabilities and mission impacts; develops engineering recommendations; supports compliance, maintenance, facility modernization, and capital improvement programs; and coordinates with government, contractor, and multidisciplinary engineering stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least five years of utility engineering or facility infrastructure experience, and an active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
