The Utilities Engineer will plan and engineer technical building services, including heating, ventilation, plumbing, and HVAC/air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include developing concepts, calculations, and specifications; preparing tender and award documents; coordinating with clients, architects, specialist planners, and executing companies; monitoring planning quality, timelines, and budgets; supporting construction supervision and system acceptance; and applying relevant standards and legal requirements.
