Groupe Nonet, through Randstad, is hiring a Utility Works Specialist Operator to work on major roadworks and outdoor landscaping projects. The role involves operating wheeled excavators and other specialized machinery to dig, move, or prepare trenches for underground networks while protecting gas, electricity, water, and telecommunications infrastructure; using detection tools; collaborating with ground crews; following safety standards; and maintaining equipment. Candidates need solid experience operating machinery in urban or sensitive environments, precision, teamwork, and knowledge of worksite safety rules. The position offers a long-term contract after a temporary-work period, starting at €18.19 per hour, plus meal vouchers, travel reimbursement, a mobility allowance, weather-related bonuses, eco-vouchers, and additional rest days.
