NOVA Engineering & Environmental is hiring a Site Development Inspector in the Naples, Florida area to perform field inspections and construction observations on commercial development, utility, and public infrastructure projects. The role involves reading civil, utility, grading, drainage, and construction plans; verifying property lines, right-of-way, stormwater systems, utilities, and grading; monitoring contractor work; documenting progress; communicating issues; and supporting closeout and final inspections. A high school diploma or equivalent, plan-reading ability, attention to detail, outdoor site work, and a valid driver's license are required, while construction or land-development experience is preferred.
