Description
The Utilities Superintendent manages utility projects and mobile home park operations by supervising foremen and crews, coordinating schedules and site logistics, mapping utilities, operating vacuum excavation vehicles, maintaining safety and documentation, and developing customer relationships. The role requires at least four years of pipeline construction experience, including one year in a supervisory role in wet utilities, a valid California driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
