Fairlife is hiring a Utilities Technician in Goodyear, Arizona to operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain utilities equipment in an aseptic manufacturing environment. The role covers chillers, cooling systems, cooling towers, boilers, steam systems, RO/soft water equipment, HVAC, electrical substations, and compressed air systems, including preventive maintenance, work-order repairs, contractor coordination, documentation, and equipment modifications. The position follows a rotating 2-2-3 night-shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, requires physical work in manufacturing and outdoor plant environments, and offers a base pay range of $35.00 to $40.00 USD.
