Parsons is hiring a Utilities Vulnerability Assessment Engineer to assess the vulnerabilities and survivability of utilities supporting DoD missions and critical infrastructure against accidents, natural disasters, technological failures, cyber attacks, sabotage, and other threats. The role reviews utility systems, identifies vulnerabilities, recommends mitigations, and supports operational equipment and personnel. It requires a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, and 6+ years of experience in electrical, environmental control, life support, or ancillary utility systems. The position is hybrid and local to Fort Belvoir, requires international travel of up to 20%, and pays $112,200 to $196,400.
