PA Consulting is hiring a Utility Advisor to support energy and utilities clients on business transformation, energy transition, decarbonization, data and AI applications, operations, reliability, resiliency, customer transformation, and utility M&A. The role involves research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, client deliverables, stakeholder engagement, workstream leadership, proposals, and business development. Candidates should have 3 to 10+ years of utility or related advisory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to travel. The position offers hybrid work with at least two days per week in the office or on a client site, and a Colorado salary range of $120,000 to $250,000.
