The Dishwasher maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and the dishwashing area in a restaurant environment. Responsibilities include sorting and rinsing dishes, operating and maintaining dish machines, cleaning equipment, removing trash, loading and unloading supply trucks, stocking and rotating food items, and organizing deliveries. The role requires at least six months of restaurant experience, workplace safety knowledge, and the ability to read labels and chemicals; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The position pays $21.25 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible full-time employees, along with paid time off, retirement matching, and overtime and overnight differentials.
