Description
The Utility Billing Specialist maintains electric, water, sewer, and refuse utility accounts; prepares and reviews billing and meter-reading work; processes payments by phone and internet; investigates incorrect bills and refunds; sets up, transfers, and terminates utility service; and answers customer inquiries. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of related experience or training, computer and mathematical skills, and the ability to be bonded in Arkansas. It is a full-time position with a starting wage of $17.22-$18.94 per hour.
