Description
Project Resources Group is hiring a Utility Construction Inspector to support underground infrastructure and construction activities throughout New York City. The field-first role inspects excavation, utility work, roadway and heavy civil operations, identifies conflicts and interferences with existing underground infrastructure, compares field conditions against plans and records, documents deficiencies and corrective actions, coordinates with contractors and utility stakeholders, and escalates significant issues. Candidates need direct construction inspection, heavy civil, underground infrastructure, and utility-interference experience, along with the ability to read construction documentation and work safely in active construction environments. Compensation is $35 to $45 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
