Description
Luster is hiring a full-time, onsite Utility Coordinator for a large, complex heavy-civil rail infrastructure program in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The role identifies utility conflicts, coordinates public and private utility owners, resolves conflicts before design or construction, tracks clearance decisions and relocation schedules, prepares permit applications, reviews plans and drawings, supports field investigations and relocations, and maintains coordination records. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least six years of utility coordination experience, knowledge of utility systems and regulations, and proficiency with utility mapping, plan-review, and project-management software. Compensation is $115,000–$165,000 per year, with health, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
