Wire 3 is hiring a Utility Coordinator to oversee and coordinate contractor locate activities from ticket submission through construction start. The role manages 811 locate tickets, Notion-based data, locating providers and municipalities, internal private locates, locate releases, compliance audits, project-team collaboration, issue resolution, and reporting. Candidates need underground construction and utility-color-code knowledge, project-management and reporting skills, strong communication, workflow management, and experience with OSP, ISP, and the 811 system.
