Description
The Utility Delivery Manager at DC BLOX supports the planning, execution, and delivery of utility infrastructure for data center campuses. The role coordinates electrical substation design and construction, establishes project schedules, manages multiple substation sites, develops budgets and cost forecasts, communicates with utility companies and contractors, and oversees procurement, pricing negotiations, change orders, and commissioning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction, or equivalent professional experience, at least three years of medium/high-voltage construction management experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
