QTS is hiring a Utility Development Program Manager to support the planning and execution of utility infrastructure for data center campuses across North America. The role covers power delivery strategy, utility capacity feasibility, substation and transmission line design and construction, interconnection, permitting, right-of-way, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with utilities, transmission providers, regulators, and other stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction, or equivalent experience, at least seven years of medium- or high-voltage utility infrastructure construction management experience, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
