CARIAN is hiring a full-time Distribution Project Manager II to manage a portfolio of 10–20 electric distribution and substation construction projects for a major utility client in New Jersey. The role covers project initiation through closeout, including scope validation, construction sequencing, permitting, procurement, contractor evaluation, progress reporting, budget and schedule management, and coordination with utility stakeholders, engineering teams, and contractors. The position is based in Akron, Ohio or Reading, Pennsylvania, with client-site presence required and localized travel supported; the company does not sponsor employment-based visas.
