Description
The Utility Helper supports manufacturing operations in a non-durable goods facility by assisting machine operators with setup, monitoring, maintenance, material handling, and documentation. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication. Previous manufacturing experience, familiarity with non-durable goods processes, machine maintenance knowledge, and overtime availability are preferred. The position is based in Asheville, North Carolina.
