STV is hiring Utility Inspectors for its Transportation division in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The role supports highway and bridge construction projects by verifying utility relocations, monitoring contractor compliance, preparing inspection reports, documenting completed work, interpreting construction plans, tracking field changes, and communicating with project staff and clients. Candidates must have at least two years of utility installation/inspection or construction inspection experience, a valid state driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather, travel to project sites, and work nights and weekends when required. The position offers a salary range of $93,314 to $106,039 and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
