Description
The Assistant Production Operator supports finishing and assistant operators by supplying materials, moving products and sheet stock, locating orders, reporting equipment or product issues, maintaining equipment and housekeeping, and assisting with forklift and recycling tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of manufacturing experience, machine-operation ability, basic math skills, physical stamina, and availability for a rotating night shift including weekends. Compensation is $20-$24 per hour, with overtime potential, on-the-job training, and medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
